‘Adé: A Love Story’ Finds Its Writer

In an exclusive story today The Hollywood Reporter breaks the news that Dianne Houston has signed on to adapt for the big screen Rebecca Walker’s “Adé: A Love Story“, the story of a 19-year-old American student traveling with a feminist companion in Africa who falls in love with a young Muslim man on an island off the coast of Kenya.

Back in May it was reported that CAA was arranging financing while Madonna and the producers were reportedly on the hunt for a screenwriter to adapt the book.
