Here’s our first Confessions Daily report after Madonna’s epic rendition of Music at the World Cup halftime show. Today we’re talking of reissues and movie screenings.
Six Madonna classic albums that were originally printed on coloured vinyl about ten years ago will be available again in the stores on Friday, July 24.
Like A Virgin, True Blue, Like A Prayer, Erotica (2LPs), Ray Of Light (2LPs) and Music were first released in several batches as part of a partnership between Warner and UK supermarket chain Sainsbury’s and have now been reissued by Rhino to indie music stores.

Madonna 2026 Japan Reissues
The sixteen Madonna CDs from Warner Music Japan’s Forever Young series Vol.13 will be available worldwide on September 18.
The collection includes the first 14 Madonna studio album up to Madame X and include both I’m Breathless and Who’s That Girl – giving great points to those who consider these two soundtrack-like records an essential part of the Queen of Pop’s studio album catalogue.
Just like in Japan – where the collection has been released in May – each CD is sold separately and is now available for pre-order at several online retailers including madonna.com.

Confessions II – The Film in London
Cinema in the Square is an outdoor queer cinema event taking place at The Arzner’s cinema in London across the last three weekends of August, including Bank Holiday Monday on the 31st.
From Madonna to Mary Poppins, they have 28 queer & queer-adjacent films for you to enjoy in the summer heat in Bermondsey Square.
Their Madonna event takes place on Saturday, 22nd August and will begin with a screening of Confessions II – The Film, directed by TORSO and produced by Division and based on the first six tracks of Confessions II.
Then there will be a 15 minute interval halfway through Madonna – The Confessions Tour, filmed at London’s Wembley Arena during her worldwide sold-out 25-city Confessions Tour – 2006’s top-grossing tour world-wide – and featuring songs from throughout the queen’s career but largely focuses on Confessions On A Dance Floor.
Runtime: 155 minutes
Seating is unallocated. All ticketholders will receive wireless headphones. Membership discounts and free tickets do not apply for Cinema in the Square.
