On its 7th week on the Dance Club Songs<\/strong> chart, Madonna and Swae Lee’s Crave<\/strong><\/em> reaches to the top spot, extending the Queen of Pop’s own record to 49 No.1<\/strong> hits.<\/p>\n

Crave<\/strong> <\/em>is also Madonna’s 9th consecutive No.1 in Dance Club Songs: all her songs promoted in the dance clubs since Give Me All Your Luvin’<\/strong><\/em> in 2012 reached the top of the chart.<\/p>\n

Although Madonna<\/strong> doesn’t hold the record for longest streak of consecutive No. 1 Dance hits, Crave<\/strong><\/em> makes her move up to the third place in a tie with Beyonc\u00e9 (9 consecutive over 22 No.1s) and Kristine W (9 over 17), right behind JLo (11 over 17) and Katy Perry (18 over 19).<\/p>\n

With Crave<\/strong><\/em> officially becoming a No.1 on the week of 16 November, 2019, the promotional machine is ready to roll the next dance floor hit. Remixes have been commissioned for several Madame X<\/strong> tracks (and Madonna herself made us listen to a snippet of Honey Dijon<\/strong>‘s take on I don’t search I find<\/strong><\/em>) and we’ll find out soon what song will be promoted next.<\/p>\n
