Since the Rebel Heart Tour launched on September 9, Madonna has performed for more than 300,000 fans at 24 shows, generating box office sales totaling $46 million. The second leg of the Rebel Hert Tour starts tomorrow at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne and fans from all over Europe and abroad are flying to Germany to party with the Queen.
