Popular – The Video – Debuts in Fortnite
As a last surprise for The Weeknd’s takeover in Fortnite Festival Season 1: Opening Night, the music video for the hit single Popular by The Weeknd, Madonna & Playboi Carti made its debut exclusively in Fortnite Festival.

The Popular video will repeat in a new dedicated viewing area in Jam Stage.. Once you’re in Fortnite, scroll down to the Discover screen then select the Festival Jam Stage. When you’re on the stage, go to the dedicated viewing area where you can watch the Popular music video. If you want to perform Popular for yourself, its Jam Track is now available in the Fortnite Shop.
As hawk–eyed fans noticed, in August last year Madonna shared some pictures on her Instagram with the same outfit she’s sporting in the videoclip. While she features heavily in the new video, Madonna never appears together with The Weeknd, who filmed his own scenes in the British historical landmark of Hatfield House.
From from February 15, 2024, at 7 PM ET until February 18, 2024, at 7 PM ET, the video for Popular will only be publicly available in Fortnite, the game platform developed by Epic Games that has just announced a partnership with Disney to collaborate on an all-new games and entertainment universe in a multiyear project.
