Madonna is Frozen in Toronto

Madonna finally brought her Celebration Tour to Canada last night with the first show at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto starting ten minutes after 10 PM.
Espress Yourself was once again performed instead of I Will Surprise but the most important news to report is that Frozen finally made its way back in the setlist.

The news comes hardly as a surprise, as everyone noticed that footage from the original videoclip directed by Chris Cunningham was used in the backdrops during the performance of Rain towards the end of the show, sparkling speculations that Frozen was originally part of the show setlist. The version that Madonna performed on stage tonight in Toronto is a slow down version mixing elements of the Sickick remix with the strings and drumbeats of the album version.

This change in the setlist is also set to be heavily debated by the fans, as those who are welcoming the new addition are as much as those who were eager to see Madonna perform Rain live on stage at the show they’re going to attend.
