Two shows in Paris are cancelled
Madonna.com has updated their tour itinerary page and is now listing two of the upcoming dates at Le Grand Rex as cancelled.
The two shows are:
- Thursday, 20 February
- Tuesday, 25 February
No official announcement has been made yet.
The 20 February show at Le Grand Rex was originally the third date announced for Paris and became the new opening night when the first two shows were cancelled due to highly specialized production elements. This new cancellation follows the one of the new opening night show in London on Monday, 27 January that was also cancelled when Madonna was about to end her run of Lisbon dates.
The 25 February show was the first of the last three back-to-back night runs of the tour. The sad news for the fans doesn’t come completely unexpected as Madonna already cancelled two London dates to avoid performing three nights in a row.
