Second night at The Palladium

Madame X returned to The London Palladium for a fantastic second night. The show started at 9:20 PM, 35 minutes later than the London opening night, but it ended at the same time – 11:10 PM – as Madonna performed a shorter set opening with Vogue.

The first three songs – God Control, Dark Ballet, Human Nature – and the acapella bit of Express Yourself were missed, but this let Madonna perform on a second night without being forced to cancel the entire performance. No one seemed to care or notice, the roar when Vogue kicked in was immense.
