“The best is yet to come”

The release of Madonna’s Madame X is still a few weeks ahead but journalists and writers are receiving an exclusive first taste of the new record – X-themed cupcakes included.

Among them The Sun‘s executive editor Dan Wooton, Lucy O’Brien, author of She Bop, a history of women in popular music, and the Madonna: Like An Icon biography, freelance celebrity journalist Simon Button and Straight Jacket author Matthew Todd all shared their excitement (without spoiling the embargo) on the social media:
