Madonna on the “Stranger Things” Season 3 Soundtrack
The third season of Stranger Things gets the ’80s nostalgia back and its soundtrack picks up two jems straight from Madonna‘s back catalogue.
The first one is Material Girl, which is also part of the official Stranger Things 3 soundtrack released by Legacy Recordings on CD, cassette, and digital download; a vinyl edition, pressed on various colors alongside a poster and 7″ single is available to preorder now for a 26 July release.
Material Girl is one of the songs heard in Episode Two: Mall Rats: we’d love to tell you when, but it would make this a spoiler, so shhh!
The second Madonna song is Angel, featured on Episode Three: The Case of the Missing Lifeguard.
Angel is not included in the album release which comes with the following tracklist, wrapped up by the only original release, the cast recording of a cover of Never Ending Story.
