Los Angeles Show No.2
There haven’t been many fan reports from the second Madame X theatre show at The Wiltern last night. On the media side, the Los Angeles Times published their review from the first concert, saying that Madonna is a superstar in a small room at the Wiltern.
Last night the show didn’t start much later than the new officially advertised time (Madonna went on stage between 10:45 and 11) and the audience now seems to be at ease with that.
Madonna‘s voice made apparent that she is still suffering from a cold at times but it got better during the second half of the show.
She keeps talking to the audience a lot and she re-enacted the bottle scene from Truth or Dare, which the crowd loved. The beer bitch last night was from Australia.
Today is a day off from the tour but Madame X will be back on Saturday and Sunday night, and she has six more shows scheduled up to November 25 before heading to Boston, Philadelphia and Miami, the last stop of the U.S. leg of the tour.
To add an interesting tidbit to the images of The Wiltern we showed you yesterday, Madonna’s name has been added to the marquee before the first show took place; it originally said just Madame X but has been changed to a full Madonna Madame X.
