Childhood dream coming true : Madonna was the sparkle that made me start dancing when at 11 , I saw her concert on tv . It was love at first sight : her deep voice , her furious energy , her dionysian moves galvanising crowds. She gave me so much strength during my teenagers years , being an outspoken fighter for gay rights and against aids epidemic in a time when very few were taking a stand. She was and is still using her music and body to viscerally confront sensitive subjects , transforming herself like a fire taking many shapes . When she proposed me to join her creative team for the next theatre tour , it was an offer I couldn’t refuse . I am happy to announce I created with her 4 numbers, including the opening act , for the Madame X tour that launches tonight at Brooklyn Academy of Music . It been an amazing and challenging experience . A huge thanks to my other half @aimiliosarapoglou , for the invaluable inspiration and strength , The wonderful and talented @meganguwre , the creative director of the show , @luigiandiango , Lola, the ground-breaking dancers and musicians , all the management team and of course to Madonna , who is a real lighthouse .
