Madonna has posted a teaser clip from the video for Batuka which will be released tomorrow, 19 July.

From what we can see from the clip, that just like in the song itself features the Orquestra Batukadeiras, Madonna’s character is wearing a dark wig. The videoclip is shot on location, with images that remind us of Portugal and the Atlantic Ocean.
Madonna tags Emmanuel Adjei, who also directed the video for Dark Ballet.
Madonna made sure we got familiar with the Orquestra Batukadeiras in her posts from the Madame X Tour rehearsals, but the release for a videoclip for Batuka took many fans by surprise: we keep learning day by day that Madame X has not revealed all her secrets just yet.
The video will drop tomorrow at 9 AM EST on Refinery29.
