Madonna Planning Tokyo Ginza Appearance
According to a report by WWD.com, Madonna has more than just concerts on her Asian tour itinerary as she is also gearing up to make a special appearance at Tokyo’s Mitsukoshi Ginza store on February 15 to promote her skin-care line, MDNA Skin.
A similar event is scheduled for February 19 at The Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong, although it is still unclear whether or not the singer will attend that installment of the festivities, which coincide with the dates of her Rebel Heart Tour.
Madonna launched her own skin-care line in 2014 through a collaboration with Nagoya, Japan-based niche beauty player MTG and skin-care artist Michelle Peck. The initial product lineup, which is currently sold only in Japan, featured a Skin Rejuvenator device that employs magnet technology, a clay mask and a serum. The newly expanded range, which MTG is rolling out to other markets, will include a face wash and another serum.
