Second show announced for Amsterdam and Paris

Amsterdam and Paris are the first two cities to have an extra date added to the Rebel Heart Tour itineary.
The much-anticipated shows will take place back-to-back to the first concert dates, filling some rather eloquent empty spots in the original calendar:

• Sunday, December 6: Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam, The Netherlands
  Fanclub Presale from Thursday 10am.
  Amex Presale from Monday 10am. General Onsale from Thursday 19th March 10am.

• Thursday, December 10: Bercy Arena, Paris, France
  Fanclub Presale from Thursday 10am.
  CITI Presale from Friday 10am. General Onsale from Tuesday 17th March 10am.
