Don’t Ever Tell Her To Stop
Madonna returned to Turin 28 years after her first Ciao Italia show, and it was again love at first sight.
The first Rebel Heart Tour at the Pala Alpitour started shortly before 10.20 tonight and it in a matter of minutes you were able to tell that it was going to be a special night. Madonna mentioned her love for Italy and her roots several times throughout the show, in a mutual exchange of smiles and cheering, and treated her audience performing a surprise version of Don’t Tell Me right after Who’s That Girl. For both numbers, she had her Gucci-designed skirt removed, revealing the new rendition of the costume you see in the image above.
More memorable moments: during Music she didn’t manage to climb on top of the cubed-shaped props in time and the accident was turned into an improvised skit made of Madonna moves undelined by piano beats.
The bouquet was caught by a fan named Gianluca and Madonna was very cheeky while asking him if he would marry her even if she can’t cook – and if his sausage was big, while the Unapologetic Bitch tonight was a Brazilian fan dressed as a nun – Sister Madonnino.
