From The Guardian:
Madonna to perform at Brit Awards 2015
Madonna will perform at 2015’s Brits, twenty years since she last took to the stage at the award ceremony. Taking place on 25 February, the pop star will stoke anticipation for her forthcoming thirteenth studio album Rebel Heart, released on 9 March.
Announcing the news via her Instagram page, the singer posted an image of Tracey Emin’s Brit statuette with black wire across its face; continuing the motif for her album campaign, which previously caused controversy when she applied the same doctoring to the faces of Martin Luther King and Nelson Mandela.
Madonna has won two Brits, the first in 2001 and the second in 2006, both for Best International Female. Performing Bedtime Story while dressed in white and accompanied by a wind machine, her last appearance at the Brits was in 1995.
The BRIT Awards 2015 will be held at The O2 in London and will be broadcast live on ITV.
