Keep Detroit Alive!
On Tuesday Madonna visited the Detroit Achievement Academy, a free public charter school that uses the culturally and historically rich landscape of Detroit, Michigan as the inspiration for a project-based learning experience for its students.
The Academy founder, organic-apparel entrepreneur Kyle Smitley was contacted by the Detroit Free Press butdeclined to share more information about Madonna’s visit. He said her camp was likely to release details, though.
As the day went by Madonna continued visiting various initiatives in her hometown and posted more images on her Instagram – these live updates are all we have so far but there’s no doubt we’ll hear more about this soon:
