Fabien Baron on his Interview Art issue

The enormously talented Fabien Baron, the creative director behind some of Madonna’s greatest visual masterpieces posted these words on his Instagram to comment the release of the Art issue of Interview Magazine.

I am proud to have Madonna on our cover for our very special Art Issue. It is now the third time she’s been the cover story for Interview magazine under my leadership. Our first cover together was in June 1990 right after I was back from Italian Vogue. It was that infamous picture from late and dearly missed HerbRitts where she was grabbing her crotch.
