Still True Blue
Madonna’s True Blue album re-enters the UK chart at number 21 this week, with the help of Google Play’s latest 99p download promo.
The album appears back in the Top 75 for the first time since 1994, Music Week reports, and at its highest position since 1987.
True Blue sold 3,531 units last week, raising its tally to 1,997,015 since it first release back in 1986.
This is the highest of any Madonna studio album, although The Immaculate Collection, Madonna’s first greatest hit compilation released in 1990, will be far out of reach with 3,665,068 copies sold to date.
